Otto is a nod to the famous, highly traditional smoked beers of Bamberg, Germany. A dark brown lager with ruby highlights, Otto's carbonation and mouthfeel are moderate. Aromas of soft beechwood smoke and caramelized malts carry through in the flavors. The finish is clean.

Dark red. Brown to black at the core. The only aroma I get is a little smoke. Thank goodness it’s not a ham bomb. Smoked meat, salt, pine and oak. Really soft yet dense mouthfeel. Lingering ashy finish.
