Mules, known long ago as “Hayburners”, were the workhorses behind the operation of the Erie Canal.

Hayburner is a bold and citrusy IPA with primary notes of orange, melon and grapefruit, and a slightly earthy finish. It packs a firm bitterness but remains balanced by abundant late hop additions and a soft and airy malt base.

Can from Wegmans. Hazy golden pour with medium tight, creamy head. Light citrusy aroma, taste too is very citrus , oranges. Juicy, but not quite NE style. Light, and smooth, mildly sweet, citrus flavors linger.

A hazed golden amber ipa with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity caramel malt with loads of citrusy floral hops, pink grapefruit, very nice and smooth. In mouth, a sweet, pink fruity caramel malt with light grassy floral hops, pink grapefruit, very nice. Cask Days 2015.
