Curiosity is made by aging our wildflower honey mead in barrels for 2 years, where wild funky yeasts went to work, now we can’t tell you about where we obtained the barrels for fear that it would be misleading, but we wish we could, #ChangeTheGame. You will note the lightest sour tang on the sides of your tongue, with slight impression from the oak of soft hints of coconut and vanilla.

Bottle shared my Michael, thanks for the opportunity. Pale golden color. Rich sweet honey notes with bits of vanilla and oak tannin. Faint earthy funk but its deep underneath. Interesting wine for sure, but not horribly tart or funky.
