2L Growler filled today. Excellent clarity with a little haze from the yeast. 1 finger off-white head with nice lacing. Smells like there’s a lot of simcoe in here. Light mouthfeel. A ton of flavor. Juicy, resinous, very light and just insanely drinkable. wish the mouthfeel was more with it but honestly, the flavor profile is really honestly worth sipping on for a long time.
