Sample glass at brewery.
The appearance was a dark brown close to black color with a slim finger’s worth of white to off white foamy head that dissipated quickly.
The smell started off with portions of dark and milk chocolate, slight peanut butter underneath, raspberry jelly even further.
The flavor leans sweet with a bit of roast on the side.Dry roasty aftertaste and finish.
On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a fair sessionability about it. Carbonation feels good.
Overall, good for what it is but nothing really over the top. But I do like the concept if anything.

A brown like red color. 1 finger tan head. I don’t really get much aroma. Maybe some raspberry. Flavor. The base beer just feels so thin and weak. Raspberry taste, a bit of peanut butter. The adjunct game is as described. But the beer itself, adjuncts gone is very weak and light and uneventful. Kind of bummed I bought a bottle.
