This dark wheat beer has many of the characteristics of our popular Hefeweizen, such as its creamy, long-lasting head, and yeast-derived banana and clove notes in both the aroma and flavor. The addition of several dark malts provides pleasant toasty and chocolate-like notes.

Very dark reddish brown. No head. Has a sweet almost Belgian aroma. A little sugar and banana aroma. Really excellent mouthfeel. Lots of banana and wheat. Good yeast presence. Insanely clean with an herbal finish.
