Bottle. Pours a clear pale gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma is full of sweet apple with a touch of acid and a bit of other light fruits. Flavor has more of a combination of acidic and sweet apple with a growing earthiness through the finish.

Bottle picked up at the brewery. Nice golden with 2 finger head. Nose is very tart with a lot of pear and a little bit of lemon.so much fruit in this batch. very dry, honey, crisp apple, some pineapple and tangerine. really great.

Draft at Jimmy’s 43. Lovely fruit forward nose with some florals and astringent elements. Tastes of peach, apple skin, pretty tannic and astringent, light white wine, and finishes with ripe apples
