2011 bottle. Dark brown, reddish edges, 1 finger bubbly espresso head. smell is very woody, boozy, rum forward with a tough of vanilla with figs. Slightly oxidized. Thin for a beer of this type. Woody, brandy yes maybe some fig, prune. sweet finish. mild bitterness in the middle. start is caramel and a lot of brown sugar.
