Bomber pours a hazy gold with copper core and weak white head. The aroma doesn’t remind me at all of an IPA. It smells like disjointed notes of stale grains, sugar and a vague sweet fruitiness. The vague fruitiness in the nose starts out the flavor followed by the stale yucky tasting grains and then mild bitterness. Toward the finish the weird graininess builds then gives way to a mild bitterness into the after taste. If organic is going to continue to taste this bad then I’d prefer non organic for sure.

Aroma of floral hop with a bit of citrus, backed by a little caramel. Hazy ripe apricot color with a white head that quickly filmed. Starts with floral hop and ripe stone fruit flavors, maybe a citrus bite. Medium body that thins a bit as the moderate carbonation leaves. Overall it’s very good, but there is a earthiness, a dark fruit aspect, that’s unusual. The finish is a bit complex. Really interesting, and quite tasty after one’s initial prejudices are set aside. After awhile I wonder whether there is a tobacco note in there.

Bottle: Dusty orange pour with a smaller white head. Nose is floral hops and light citrus, some caramel. Taste is kind of a raw hoppy blend. The floral and the citrus presence is there, but niether really stands out. Thanks BuckDich for sharing.

Thanks to droopy49 for sending this one! The pour produces a clear gold body that supports a huge, creamy off-white head. Fruity aroma with light, flowery hops. Moderately bitter, with just enough underlying malt to support this one nicely. Some spicyness suggestive of cinnamon toast. It looks like my rating is going against teh grain here. Maybe my bottle went good?

22 oz bottle. Hazy orange body with medium white head. Strong, hoppy aroma. The texture of this beer is surprisingly mild, almost watery. This is in contrast to the aggressively hoppy flavor. Flavor is also citrus but the general impression of this beer is inharmonious. Long and almost unpleasant aftertaste.

Bottle. Amber beer with a white head. Fruity citrus and summer fruit aroma with sweet malt backing. Citrus hops with a good malt backing - caramel and a bit of chocolate. Earthy hops and moderate bitterness. Easy drinking. Bit of a dry-hop grassiness.
