Nose is egg shells and raw honey and Swiss cheese. Taste is quite meaty. Lots of honey. Very sweet

Sample at Hal & Al’s during the Pumpkin Beer Tasting on 10/15/2013: Murky yellow color with a minimal white head and spotty lacing. Fruit and oak in the nose. Medium-bodied with a vinous character and notes of honey and apples. The finish is oaky with a white wine and apple aftertaste. Decent overall.
