Caramel brown. Very sweet nose. Smells a lot like Sake with rice booziness and a hint of peaches and apricots. Apples? Very sweet. You can taste all of the booze. Dark figs and other fruits. Creamy finish. Very interesting. May age well?

Sampled from the tap at NotB. Poured a clear gold with no head whatsoever. Aroma had a hint of tart apple with some sake notes and a hint of spice and a sweet grain backbone. Flavor began with grain, light fruits and spice and was joined by a clear sake note with a bit of backing alcohol.
