On tap at Tangent. Pours hazy blonde with a white head. Aroma and taste are Belgian yeasts, hops, with lots of flowers and citrusy notes. Very good balanced beer.

Nothing better than drinking trou de diable in Georgia. Word to the motherland. Light florals and some hay. Golden pour with good head and lacing. Light tangy finish with touch of sweetness. Good balance and easy drinking, though not super original. Tap at porter beer bar.

Draft at the Sovereign. Very slightly hazy pale yellow color, big fluffy white head, pretty much an ice cream cone. Aroma of lemon, banana and rising bread dough. Taste has dusty straw, black pepper. Very tasty.

On tap at PPG pours a hazy gold with some cloudy, white head. Nose has lots of honey, straw, lemon, quite floral. Wooo the flavor is much punchier, big lemon, some soap, heavy straw, some grapefruit soda, seltzer. Dry finish with heavy carbonation.

Location: This is a pretty unique looking bottle, from Winooski Beverage, 7/31/15

Aroma: The nose is Belgian yeast forward, lots of fruity esters, perhaps a bit of clove
Appearance: A clear yellowish color with a thick, sheeting froth of white head and coating lace
Flavor: The flavor is fruity and a little sweet, nice bit of dryness and yeast, finishes slightly bitter
Palate: Medium bodied with a pretty decent feel, soft carbonation, and a nice, dryish finish
Overall Impression: Thought this combination worked pretty well. Pretty classic flavors come through here with the Belgian yeast, fruit, etc. All are in-line with what you might expect from this kind of beer. Gets a little dryer on the mouth than I may have expected. Drinks nicely. Solid stuff. No complaints.

Un mélange de plusieurs styles fort bien réussi selon moi... Un côté floral supporte bien les houblons résineux sans trop prendre de place. Le parfum est plutôt alléchant et le goût suit, avec une finale bien sèche.

Bottle from Berkeley Bowl West. Pours light translucent gold with a slight transient white head. Aroma of Belgian yeast, some fruity ester. Med minus body. Flavor is fruity ester, yeast notes, clovish spice, hint of banana. It’s rather dry. Astringent even. Very non-USA flavors. Hints of old time linoleum paste! Always a good sign.
