Named after one of our most seasoned employees, this tripel is our take on the traditional Belgian strong pale ale. We brewed this beer with coriander and a classic Belgian yeast strain giving it a spicy, fruity ester note that is followed by a warming, yet dry finish from the alcohol and light malt body.

Sampled on draft at Zenoβs in State College PA this beer poured a bright yellow-golden color with a small white head that faded quickly. The aroma was tangy and sugary candied pear and a touch of spice. The flavor was tangy and very sugary with strong notes of apricot and pear and a light yeasty undertone. The finish was long, sugary and fruity. The body was fairly thick. Decent.

Draft. Amber beer with a whitish head. Malt and yeast aroma with light esters. Nice rounded malt flavor with fruity esters and light spice. Medium bodied. Sweet malt lingers with fruity esters and yeast.
