Our IPA utilizes a high hopping rate to produce a floral aroma and high bitterness. This pale colored ale is malty yet crisp, due to the high mineral content of the water used. This beer is served unfiltered, which leaves the flavor intact.

Taster at brewery. Medium golden, small head but lots of lacing. Aroma and taste lean more to the malts than the hops, light caramel notes. Sweet with mild bitterness

Location: On tap at the Brew Pub, 8/12/09
Aroma: Light fruit, pine hops, floral, mild caramel
Appearance: Cloudy golden-orange, some lacing on glass
Flavor: Similar to the nose but better, nice hop profile, light malt backing, tasty
Palate: Medium body and a nice mouthfeel
Overall Impression: I found this to be a really nice IPA. Well-made, enjoyable, nice hop profile, and a solid example of the style for sure.
