Reviewed from notes, January 2013.
On tap pour into a pint glass.
The appearance was a hazy pale orange color with a bar pour’s kind of slim white head. There was barely any lacing lurking around the glass.
The smell was pretty bitter through the hops and the malts.
The taste was pretty much the same to give off a super long bitter hoppy to maltiness aftertaste that led to a dry finish.
On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a fair sessionability about it. The carbonation was decent for the style and for me.
Overall, well, it definitely fit that \"extra pale ale\" style as its one of those beers that can really stick it to your palate if you’re not aware. This was not bad to me, decent beer.

Draft at the Shirlington location. Pours a hazy orange color with a large creamy white head. Good head retention. Aroma of citrus, tropical fruit, stone fruits and caramel. The taste is earthy, tropical hops and stone fruits. Medium bodied. Nice beer.

I guess this was a new offering when I tried it today, so I'll be the first rater.

Location: Draft Postal Building Location - From the sampler glass 3/7/09.

Aroma: Nice floral aroma, slightly bready
Appearance: Fairly clear golden color, thin head
Flavor: Nice, reasonable, balanced flavor
Palate: Well balanced body, slight aftertaste
Overall Impression: I thought this one was a pretty interesting extra pale ale, I know it didn't have a different name because I asked that exact question, so it must be a new offering...
