Hazy orange body. White rocky head. Moderately bitter flavour, lightly acidic. Hoppy aroma with some funkiness.

Bottle at home. Hazy orange golden with big fluffy white head. Grapefruit, quite some Brett with pineapple, funk and soft sweat. There's some soft malts, but mostly all kinds of nice fruits with lovely Brett funk and a hint of flowery soap. Light sweet and medium bitter. Medium bodied with slight dry feel. Super drinkeable and really nice aroma, I love it. It's almost as good as Orval.

Flaska från belgiuminabox. Disig orangegul vätska med högt smutsvita skum. Stor brettdoft som är örtig och jordig med en aning funk. Lätt, frisk och trevlig, mycket brett med en klorofyll karaktär. Kanske endimensionell om man ska klaga men gillar man brett är det väldigt gott.

14/10/2017 @home - 33cl bottle from Malt Attacks. Clear orange, nice big white head. Nose has clear brett profile, grains, fruit. Taste is fruity, some bitterness, sour touch, clear brett, really refreshing. Nice bretty de la Senne again.

330 ml bottle from Etre Gourmet, bottled 22 Dec 16.
Golden-amber, hazy body, with a big, fluffy, lacing, white head.
Aroma of Brett, green apples, lemongrass, straw, young cheese, some berries, some dough, slight leather, subtle citrus.
Tastes similar, with some more bitter hops.
Medium, slick mouthfeel, with a quite lively carbonation.
Finishes dry, bitter, Bretty, hoppy, floral, fruity, subtly sweet, with some straw, slight leather.

Lovely stuff, with the typical Brett notes everywhere, but also quite a lot of hops from the background. Drinks very crisp and fresh, with a great dryness towards the finish. Another signature De la Senne brew: highly drinkable and balanced, but very characterful and with a lot of depth at the same time.

BB 22.12.2017. dark yellow lightly hazy color, small white head. smells musty, flowery, grassy, light cheese, funk, green apples, barnyard. very nice smell. medium to full body, soft carbonation, soapy mouthfeel. tastes grassy, citric, musty, light sweetness, yeast, light candy, some herbs, peppery, earthy. finishes lightly bitter and dry with notes of yeast, citrus and some herbal notes. very nice one, great balance, a bit on the herbal side, but not distracting. great stuff.

Hazy orange colour, small white head. Dry but fruity funky (bretta) aroma. Light to medium-bodied. Crisp. Citrus, brett, fruityness. Lingering funky bitterness in the aftertaste. Interesting and drinkability is good.

Bottle @ Willems Grobbendonk. Pours Hazy Dark Golden with a White head. Straw, yeast, cement, funk and Tasty Brett. Its dry, fruity and elegant. Bitter finish. Genius!
