Canned, 0.50l. Clear pale golden color with small frothy white head and average sparkling appearance. Aroma of moderate malt, hay, caramel and paper. Tastes of sweetish grainy malt and almost no bitterness at all. Light to medium body, slick texture and soft carbonation in palate. I could like Saxon, but heavy metal group, not this beer :)

33 cl bottle @ wPBF, BBE 06/2000
Aroma is slightly sour with moldy cellar notes. Flavour is slightly tart and odd with cardboard and some very mild grainy notes. Also some cellar notes here too. Feels a bit like white wine or mead, but of course the flavours are much more mild. Not as bad as I expected.

Bottled@vPBFII (BBE 06/2000). Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is sweet malts, some oxidation, and mild hayish and sugary notes. Flavour is grass, hay, paper and ends in a quite dry palate. Watery.
