On tap at Både&. A hazy golden colored beer with a small off-white head. The aroma is mostly fruity, some citrus juice, and not much else. A light grassy, herbal touch too. It’s rather salty on the palate, with a nice carbonation. Dry and medium bodied with some grapefruity bitterness. Yes, it’s salty, but it’s not unpleasant, just unusual. Citrus, some peaches and yellow plums in the flavor, some grass kicking in towards the finish. Refreshing and tasteful, guess it needs a summer day to really shine. 160415
