Das naturtrüb-milde Urweizenbier, gebraut aus traditionell angebautem Einkorn, dem legendären Weizen aus dem Schenkenbergertal (Kanton Aargau). Einkorn ist die Urform des Weizens, das bereits schon in der Bibel als «Korn» erwähnt wurde.
Mit edlem Hopfen, reinem Wasser und der ausgewiesenen Braukunst des Braumeisters gebraut.

This bottle is coming from Staubli at Muri "AG", drinking it two days agomat home after a day with my son at urbakids. Not a great beverage, drinkable but I prefer the dark gold versionnof this brewery. Nothing to see with a vitus, dry, mineral and watery, 06.11.21

Bügelverschlußflasche (copyright by Allen!): Golden to deep golden, almost clear, medium-sized and stable off-white head, leaving a good lace; fruity-grainy nose with a delicate hoppy background; light to moderate sweetish-bitter flavour with a light bitterness, very soft; light to moderate sweetish-hoppy finish. Pleasant drink from a pleasant brewery......

(swing top bottle, courtesy of Allen) Hazy, golden colour with a fluffy white foam. Slightly yeasty and moderately sweet malty aroma with very restrained wheaty notes and a grassy hoppy touch. Moderately sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a lively carbonation. Slightly yeasty (cara-)malty taste with a shy wheat-like note and without any noticeable fruit-character; sweet and slightly bitter malt-accented finish. Smells and tastes rather like a bottom-fermented Zwickel, but also like a decent one. 03.III.10
