Using the ’lagered’ beers as a base, the Hazy Daze range of fruit beers is secondary fermented with fresh fruits and spices. Each keg can use up to 7 pounds of fresh fruit (we do not use any flavouring or colouring) nor do we give out any prizes if you get a small piece of fruit in your beer! ’Hazy Daze’ ranges from a ’Seriously Ginger’ beer (frequently repeated due to popular demand), citrus fruits in the summer to the heavier berry fruits from other seasons of the year. Do not be surprised to see Banana or even more exotic fruits.
