Produced from a half wheat malt, a blend of lager malt and organic wheat flour, while being flavoured with generous German hops. A genuine German yeast culture is used. This is our version of a fresh white beer usually made in the southern areas of Germany (Bavaria in particular) and has the true appearance of a ’Hefe Weissen’ i.e. the yeast is retained in the final product giving it the traditional cloudy appearance. ’Citrus aroma, clean malt texture, sour bread flavour with a bittersweet finish’.

Sampled draught at The Clockwork Beer Co., Glasgow
Pale yellow, hazy. Yeasty, sulphuric aroma. Light bodied and sweet. Bitterish sulphuric finish. Like chewing on the back end of a pencil.
