Sa belle couleur tire ses origines des différents malts touraillés. Son goût est d’un arôme caramel et est prononcé en céréales. D’une amertume discrète, sa mousse est brillante légère et parfumée.

Beautiful amber color, hidden below a huge amount of foam… A fermentation problem? Let’s smell it: sourness! (with some sugars and light malt). And the flavor confirms: infection. I detect an ordinary beer with a high bitterness.

Dark reddish beer with a very sour aroma and a very sour flavour with a lightly bitter finish. Overall a poor French beer.

Bottled. Orange-brown, cloudy. Estery, appley aroma. Sweet and clean with some caramel and almond. Sugary finish.
