Beautiful amber color, hidden below a huge amount of foam… A fermentation problem? Let’s smell it: sourness! (with some sugars and light malt). And the flavor confirms: infection. I detect an ordinary beer with a high bitterness.

Dark reddish beer with a very sour aroma and a very sour flavour with a lightly bitter finish. Overall a poor French beer.
