Bottle. Pours a clear, almost golden body, with a minimal white head leaving nice lacings. Quite nice, malty aroma with a little fruity note of hops. The flavor is on the malty side as well, with a weak bready touch and some bitterness without leaving much hop flavor. Medium body, with a slightly sticky impression. It finishes quite malty, but the bitterness is more pronounced here, and so is the bready note. For a Norwegian summer beer, it is very nice. It could use a bit more hops, especially in the aroma, but it definately is a nice, pale lager. Refreshing and quite tasteful, easy to drink and (strangely enough) not forgettable. I find it strange that this is only distributed locally. (071112)

(Bottle 33 cl) Full, golden colour, decent head. Fresh, good and pretty full-bodied lager with some sweetness. Perhaps this one lacks the more refined hoppy notes as with the best Norwegian Summer beers. 151203

Bottled. Pale golden, brief creamy head. Bready malt aroma. Medium dry with crisp, light maltiness. Light grassy finish. Unassuming but very drinkable and well balanced.
