Mit dem Hells fing alles an. Goldig in der Farbe, kräftig im Geschmack. Die ausgeprägte Hopfung verleiht dem Bier einen herben Geschmack und eine natürliche Frische.

Finding this beer in one cheese shop at Freiburg. Opening this bottle on sunday, relax after a trip from Paris. Nothing special with this beer, a common lager, a bit rough at the palate, dry, metalic with a note of perle hop at the final, 12.04.22

Hell gerstiger Antrunk, mild, süffig. Im Mittelteil langweiliger, milder ohne Änderungen, spät herber. Süffiges und einfaches, daher auch monotones Bier. 8/8/9/8/8/8

(Bottle 50 cl) Pilsener golden with tiny impurities and a handsome, white head. Slightly perfumy hop aroma. Medium body with distinct, sweet malt - almost candy-like. No real bitterness. Is this really a Hefe?? 060706

Light blond color. Some citrus fruit aroma. Light mouthfeel, spicy, dry, nothing at all.

Bottled. Cloudy pale yellow, rich creamy head. Buttery malt aroma. Dryish with soft, gentle malt profile. Lightly fruity with notes of grassy hops, but dominated by the excellent buttery malt character.
