Gusher.Murky mauve pour with voluminous pink rocky head that leaves reasonable lacing.First impression upon the nose is of white wine. Underneath is tart blackberries, bubblegum and plums.Taste is mostly of tart white wine. Every few sips a faint malt note comes through that reminds you that you’re actually drinking beer. Tangy blackberries, soap and white grapes also present.Highly carbonated, but it works well.More akin to a sparkling white wine than a wheat beer. Refreshing none the less.

Bottle. Reddy pink with light pink head. Subtle fruity aroma. Very lively carbonation. The taste was disappointing, it was all fruit and tartness with little else to balance it. It’s a refreshing and interesting fruit beer, but it didn’t work for me.

An unclear pinkish red beer with a fluffy pink head. The aroma is artificially sweet with notes of wheat, while the flavor is sweet with notes of berries - especially black berries. It is very carbonated in the mouth. Thanks Papsoe for sharing this seldom beer.

(Bottle 25 cl) Pours a slightly hazy pink with a small, pinkish head. Fresh, dry, fruity aroma - berry like. A bit too heavily carbonated. Fairly light body with distinct notes of blackberries. A dry finish. Quite refreshing but suffers from the heavy carbonation. Thanks to Carina & Pia for the import. 280906

Bottled. Muddy dark red. Tart blackberry aroma. It is not with great anticipation I’ll approch a fruit beer made from a wheat beer, but this one is fairly refreshing with its juicy, lightly sourish blackberry flavour. The tartness adds a dimension, and good balance. But even though likable, it gets a little bit one dimensional, I must admit.
