Al palato c’è un imbocco leggermente biscottato e un accenno di crosta di pane. La parte aromatica è dominata dalla luppolatura resinosa e tropicale che viene bilanciata da un amaro netto e tagliente. Il corpo è snello e la carbonazione media per garantire la scorrevolezza della bevuta.

[ As Eastside Sun Stroke ].Unclear medium orange colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, caramel, sweet malt, moderate to heavy hoppy, citrus, fruity hops, orange. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, sweet malt, sweet fruit. hoppy, citrus - orange, fruity hops. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Keg at Scurreria, Genova, Italy, Friday 10th February 2017 Pours gold with a white head, really thick in the mouth, a little syrupy sweetness but this is soon railroaded by a huge hop presence. The bitterness anaesthetises your gums, it’s a touch resiny. Great beer. A7 A4 T8 P4 Ov15 3.8
