Draught at Haight. Clean yellow with a thin head. Aroma is lemon wheat. Flavour is light wheat, fruit and vanilla. Malty base.

On tap at the Haigh Street brewpub. Thanks to Bobby. Very pale yellow coloured pour with a small white froth. Aroma is earthy grains, rough rolled wheat, husks, grainstore. Flavour is composed of harsh earthy grains, honey, honey monster cereal, Palate is semi sweet , mineral and moderate carbonation.

On tap at the Pub, August 2013. A bit hazy light yellow with a small white head. On the thin side with some coriander, wheat and light notes of fruit. Not the best one.

on tap-pours a white head and pale yellow color. Aroma is wheat/grain, some herbal. Taste is wheat/grain with some sweet, secondary herbal/spice hops. Easy.

On tap. Pours with a clear, golden hued body with a small but mostly lasting white head. Aromas are fruity, estery, phenolic (cardamon), coriander, mint, a hint of raw grain, diacetyl, butter, butterscotch, caramel. Flavors are grainy, wheat, lightly spicy, cereal, vanilla, some esters and white pepper. Medium bubbles, mouthfeel is a bit slick. Medium bodied. Mostly dry finish. Unique wheat beer.

Draft @ the brewpub. Pours a slightly hazy yellow color with a white head. Has a wheaty malty and fruity aroma with some hints of citrus. Wheat malty flavor with some hints of yeast and citrus. Has a slightly sweetish wheat malty finish.

(10/30/08) Draught sample at the brewpub in San Francisco. 4.2%. Slightly hazy pale golden color. Aroma has some yeast, citrus and a bit of wheat. Sweetish flavor with lots of unpleasant yeastiness, some fruits, spiciness and a strange bitter finish. Light-bodied.

Draft. Golden beer with a whitish head. wheat/malt aroma. malt and wheat in the flavor with a bit of something a bit more substantial. Medium body. Wheat begins to take over and lingers.

Draft at the brewpub. Aroma of wheat and a little hop. Rather thin with light carbonation. A little bit sweet with bitter that doesn’t quite balance. Finishes fairly dry with light bitter. Refreshing.

Clear yellow. Mlaty aroma with only a slight wheat character. No hops. Slightly oily mouthfeel. Disappears quickly in the mouth, but there’s still some left in my glass.
