A dark, creamy Russian Imperial Stout with a light wooded taste of american oak, a hint of vanilla and a nice cocoa smell, a touch of bitterness. For sure, you'll enjoy it.

24/VII/22 - 33cl bottle from Geers (Oostakker), shared @ Ardenne Holiday, BB: see bottle, nothing on the bottle (2022-922)

Clear dark brown to black beer, small creamy beige head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: malty, grains, good roast, alcohol, dried fruits. MF: ok carbon, medium to full body. Taste: sweet start, good roast, alcohol, pretty bitter, dark chocolate. Aftertaste: more alcohol, good old school stout, slightly sweet, quite some caramel and chocolate, nice, I love it!

Bottled. A black beer with a lazing dark brown head. The aroma has notes of roasted malt, bourbon, dark chocolate, and alcohol. The flavor is sweet with notes of roasted malt, dark chocolate, prunes, and alcohol, leading to a bitter finish.

Bière 33 cl ramenée de Trouville. Robe brune dense, mousse café crémeuse persistante, très jolie. Nez sur le café, notes de bourbon, de bois et de chocolat. Bouche sur le café torréfié, belle amertume. Très réussie.
