On tap at Pizza Port Solana, Solana Beach, California, USA (back in Oct 2006). My old notes say, golden coloured pour with a thin white head on top. Sweet, malty, creamy, honey aroma and taste. Not great.

From tap at Solana Beach. Pours clear and golden yellow with a lacing white head. Mild hops spiced aroma. Flavour is light spiced, mild fruity and with a light bitterness. Good on a warm day otherwise classic cream ale.

Sample at the brewpub. Pours a clear golden color with a thin white head that burns away pretty quickly. Spotty lacing on the glass. Mildly hoppy aroma with touches of honey and wheat. Light, clean body with light hops and spice flavors along with a bit of grainy malt. The finish is lightly bitter and leaves a lingering fruity hops. Better than expected overall.

tap at Solana Beach - Pours clear yellow with a very light malt aroma. The flavor is also very light. I can hardly detect any hops and the malts are mild. It’s smooth and refreshing with a mild hops finish, but far too bland overall.

Draught at the brewpub. Clear pale yellow, creamy head. Fruity raspberry aroma. Sweet with clean mouthfeel and fairly light body. Notes of vegetables, light body. Would pass unooticed at most brewpubs.
