4000 years ago it was custom in Babylonia, during a month after a wedding, that the father of the fiancèe provided to his son-in-law with all the beer of honey that could take. Like the Babylonian calendar he was based on the lunar phases, this period was called "honeymoon". The Beer of Antares Honey is smooth, dry and refrescante, with sublime tones of honey in the aroma and post-taste.

Tap at Antares, Rosario Clear amber color, quickly vanishing head. Hints of honey in the nose. Medium-bodied. Malty backbone with honet flavors. Light hops in the aftertaste. Semi-interesting.

on tap-pours an off white head that laces and gold color. Aroma is sweet honey malt. Taste is sweet honey malt, some bitter-citrus/earthy hops.

Draught at the Tandil location. Lightly hazy golden, average head. Sweet with evident honey aroma. Medium bodied. Sweet, but stays away from being sticky. Intense floral honey flavour, vague vegetable finish. One of the better beers in a style I’ve never really understood.
