Zum Brauen unseres Huebelerbiers verwenden wir fünf verschiedene Malz- und drei würzige Hopfensorten. Die Stammwürze enthält 11,8%, der Alkoholgehalt beträgt 5%.
Es ist ein süsslich malziges, ungefiltertes, untergäriges und kupferfarbenes Bier mit Caramelcharakter.

Bottled (thanks Bov). Hazy orange colour, with small white head. Aroma is toffee, acidic and sour fruit as well as malts and hops. Flavour is grassy hops with herbs and sour fruits. Quite pleasant.

Bottled, thanks Bov! Cloudy amber. Toffee is prominet in th enose, as is a touch of beginning acidity. Light-medium bodied with crisp mouthfeel, spme light grassy hops and low bitterness. A well made beer, not tasted in perfect condition.

Hazy light amber color. Light malt aroma. Some malt, correct mouthfeel, but too bitter, mostly at the end.
