The most interesting trend in today’s world of IPAs, matching our preferences and showcasing what’s best in American hops and American brewing creativity. There is a high chance that Misty is going to become our favourite India Pale Ale! This time we let ourselves be inspired by New England’s brewing legacy.
Juicy fruitiness is brought to you courtesy of three kinds of finest American hops. Grapefruit, mango, lychee and limes greet your palate, giving way to gooseberry, white currant and – no kidding – white wine. Add just the right amount of herbal bitterness and finish off with a velvety soft mouthfeel – without oats and wheat this beer wouldn’t be the same.

0,5l bottle at home. BB 2017-09-04. orange quite hazy color, rather small white head. smells citric, light grapefruit, mango, bit peppery, lightly earthy, light berry notes. very nice smell. medium to full body, soft carbonation, slick moutfheel. tastes citric, berry notes, bit grainy, earthy, lightly leathery, bit nutty, light pines, tobacco, light sweetness. finishes light to medium bitter with notes of citrus, light pines and some grains. quite decent and drinkable one, lovely smell, taste is just rather weird, lacks some balance, overall quite nice beer.

Thanks! Sampled draft @ Same Krafty. Pale citrus, creamy white head. Nose is bit yeasty, green grass, stone fruity. Taste is easy green grass, low soap, grain, hay, yeasty. Body is rather yeasty. Decent but the overly heavy yeast presence takes it down for me.

Butelka 0.5l (BB 04.09.2017). Zmetnione o miodowej barwie z ladnym, bialym kozuszkiem piany, ktory opadajac delikatnie zdobi szklo. W aromacie jest soczyscie, cytrusowo z nutami tropikalnych i bialych owocow, pojawia sie takze delikatna nuta nafty jakby od mosaic?a. W smaku bardzo zbieznie czyli owocowo i soczyscie z przewaga bialych owocow i nut wina, skontrowane delikatna goryczka i subtelnym winnym kwaskiem na finiszu. Piwo jest przyjemnie wytrawne, orzezwiajace i szybko znika ze szkla.

500ml bottle from EU Local Swap 1/2017, thanks Jashiu! BBE 25.07.2017. Pours hazy yellowish with a smooth foamy head. Aroma of stingy juicy fruits, earthy notes, hints of grainy malts, hay and metallic notes. Taste is crisp, juicy fruity and citrusy with some tropical notes, hints of earthiness and metallic notes. Finish is smooth, juicy and citrusy with some tropical fruits, hay, grass and hints of earthiness. Okay juicy NE style IPA with faint hints of some unclean notes.

Barwa żółta, zamglone, piana śnieżnobiała oblepiająca szkło. W aromacie wyczuwalne owoce cytrusowe dokładnie ich albedo, delikatnie owoce egzotyczne. W smaku również przeważa świeża owocność, niskie nasycenie czyni je bardzo pijalnym. Gorycz na niskim poziomie, alkohol nie wyczuwalny.
