Draught at Black Door, Helsinki
The keg doesn’t have any information, only known that it’s made with rye and it’s 7% ABV
Muddy, dark amber color. Dusty aroma, rye bread, light vanilla, very light coffee. Full-bodied, some sweetness, caramel taste, some spices, some citrusy hopping, very light tartness; later it develops a very light coffee taste. Unfortunately the final has a sweetener taste too.

Draught at Black Door, Helsinki (as Stadin Sahti). Cloudy brownish amber, minimal head. Appley nose. Medium sweet and completely without carbonation. Soft and drinkable with surprisingly clean flavours. Low amounts of esters and notes of rye bread and melon. Drying lightly grassy finish. An ale-like sahti.

This one was only labelled as "Stadin Sahti", so I rate it here - sahti typically has a bit different recipe from batch to batch. Muddy brown color, no head. Sweet banana nose with hints of juniper. Flat and sticky mouthfeel. Quite sweet - lots of banana, some licorice and juniper. Also something that I can’t trace, maybe hops? Interesting sweet sahti.
