Muddy nut brown, small creamy brownish head. Perfumic nose with hints of fudge and nuts. Flavor has some bitter hops, sweetish maltyness and some sourness. Ok balanced, Belgi-style flavor. Hoppyness in the aftertaste. Some sourness indicates that bottle might has been a bit infected too.

Bottled (thanks Bov!). Ruby red colour, mediumsized brown head. Aroma is malts, earth and hops. Flavour is malts, some hops and a bit of mild caramel. More an earthy brune than a sweet one. Also some spices as it warms up.

Bottled, thanks Bov! Reddish amber, firm rich head. Aroma of orange marmlelade. Medium sweet with clean mouthfeel. Almondy yeast character that goes well with the orange and flowery hops. Some pleasing late bitterness. Another good new Swiss microbrew!

Beautiful beer, with a dark brown color and a generous creamy head. The aroma is light but very nice, mixing some caramel and roasted malt, perfumy; there is also a hint of cereals, hay, milk chocolate. Goody body structure, with velvety texture; well balanced flavor, sweet, with malt, caramel and delicate roasted malt, also some light spices. The roasted malt rises towards the final, with the hops. Balanced and very pleasant.
