Minimal säuerlicher und ebenfalls minimal röstiger Antrunk mit stimmigen Malznoten, die aber fast schon zu mild erscheinen. Stark CO2 haltig, insgesamt aromatisch. Etwassäuerlich, wenig würzig, fast wässrig. Besonders für ein Weihnachtsbier fad!

Bottled at PBF. Cloudy pale amber, rich airyhead. Bready caramelly aroma. Fruity and bready, medium bodied with chewy mouthfeel. Vaguely estery with low hop rate and bitterness. A malt only beer.

Bottled 1 ltr (PBF, courtesy of oh6gdx). Deep hazy orange color, small white head. Very sweet berry-like flavor: strawberry and red currant. Lively carbonation. Fizzy. Berry-like flavor, some grassy, grainy and earthy notes. Not very usual German beer.

Bottled. Hazy orange colour, small beige head. Aroma is fruityness, some sweet maltyness as well as mild notes of wheat and yeast. Flavour is caramel malts, some fruits, mild yeast as well as some mild wooden notes.
