Well balanced, moderately malty with our classic soft finish. Winning beer drinkers over, and paying our bills, since 1996

12oz bottle. Filtered amber-tan, with a nice beige head. Kinda macro aroma, coupled with the appearance..uh oh. The taste isnβt actually half bad though. Light and refreshing, pretty decent session beer. Certainly lacks much of a body, a touch watery and thin, but that seems to work with the amber malt, which can certainly be too thick and rich. Mellowly balanced and sweet, just barely medium bodied. Sub par, but respectable.

Sample at the Day Before Labor Day party, thanks to unclemike for the trade so I can check KS off the list! This beer pours a clear amber-copper color with a medium thin off-white head that recedes steadily. Spotty lacing on the glass. Aroma of grain and caramel malt. Medium-bodied with a sweet malty character. Light fruit and caramel and just a hint of hops. The finish is sweet, malty and short. Just average overall.

Tap, Tanners at 143rd Street. Nice pour, gold amber color. Aroma and initial taste are fairly malty. Very happy with the body on this one. Nice after taste. Nice sipping beer.

(Bottle 35,5 cl) Pours a clear, dark amber with a small, off-white head. Malty, caramelish nose. Light, somewhat watery, body with some caramel with a touch of nuts and a very discreet sweetness. Lightly dry finish. Tasted at the Oklahoma Beer tasting March 06 hosted by mjames and lilannie. 250306

Nice hop presence. A bit zingy but smooth overall. Caramel malt presence provides good sweetness.
