A special beer designed to celebrate ten years in the business by our brewer Alessio Gatti. Despite its high alcohol content, it features an extremely pale color as it is produced solely using Pils malt in order to emphasize the complexity of the hopping, the result of a skillful combination of prestigious Australian and North American varieties.

Laces of white foam over copperish-golden beer. USA/New World hops, faint ureum, citrus, resin, Hessian sacks. Fruity, as in passion fruit, citrus, citruszeste; Hessian sacks and a long, nearly pharmaceutical-bitter finish. Medium bodied, slick, hopoily-viscous; medium carbonation. Another great Canediguerra beer.

On tap @Brasserie 4:20 (Rome). Pours golden with a medium to little white head. Aroma is malty and very hoppy, grapefruit, resin, pine, some herbal notes. Flavour is very bitter, balanced with a strong malt profile. High body, medium to high carbonation. Not my cup of tea.
