Our local friends at Heartland Family Farms grew an extra amount of less tart, less sweet, more fruity black raspberries with a distinct flavor. We fruited these delicious berries on our Sour Reserve and are happy to share the result. Take a bottle down the B-Line Trail, up the Monon Trail, or wherever great paths take you to share with fellow travelers.

Bottle. Lactic black raspberry, malt, and hay aroma. Dark ruby red with moderate but short lasting head. Lightly sweet raspberry, malt, and moderately sour vinegar/mildly bitter hay flavor. Nice body. Very pleasant - nice sourness with a good fruity flavor.
