Dark brown color; some bubbles, big, not really a full head. The smoked malt aroma is very nice, delicate. The body is weaker than expected, with light caramel flavor, and nice smoke presence; there is not really residual sugar, but, as the Cara-Hell from the same brewery, this one as well has almost no bitterness, therefore resulting in an almost sweet beer; in the final the caramel turns a bit into liquorice. The final, unfortunately, is quite short; at least there is not the roasted malt character of other Rauchbier. Pleasant.

Bottled, thanks Bov! Hazy nut brown, rich creamy head. Caramelly nose with mild smoke. Mid sweet with mediu body, fairly soft. MIld smoke and red apples Low bitterness. A relaxed pleasant mildly smokey beer.
