Draught at The Beerhive, Salt Lake City, UT. Dark mahogany colour, small head. Caramelly nose. Surprisingly dry with dark rye bread, lingonbery jam and fudge. Medium bodied with slight salty finish. A pretty good, unorthodox dunkelweizen.
