It is a perfect black IPA better than the bapbap, roasted malt, some coffee, powerfuk hop, notes of vanilla, lovely black color, 18.01.17 at Lausanne, Prélaz, buying it at one coop.

Dark, dark brown with a light brown head. Aroma is understated fruity, vague in nature, with a dose of stale toffee and pine on top. Taste is sharply bitter, almost acrid at the end, accompanied by resin, metal, and a light spice. Full-bodied, moderate to mild carbonation. Too unbalanced to be a great BIPA.

almost black colour, huge, dense and long lasting brown colour; aroma and taste of dark chocolate, heavy roasted rye bread and nutty notes, some licorice, some dried dark berries and some piney notes; great black IPA

Had this at some point before but got another in a present, so I can rate it now. Pours very dark with a small tan head. Aroma is very roasty, chocolate, espresso roast, some underlying hops. Medium to big body. Flavour is intense dark malts, chocolate, roasted barley, hoppy, herbal. Almost more a hoppy stout with all the roast flavour, but either way a very nice beer.

500ml crowler can. Jet black colour with average, thick, creamy, moderately to mostly lasting, moderately lacing, dark beige to tan head. Roasty, chocolately, dark malty and resinous, grassy, slightly citrusy hoppy aroma, notes of dark chocolate, green onion, tangerine, orange zest, subtle hints of coffee. Taste is bitter, tart-ish, resinous, grassy and citrusy hoppy, minimally sweet, roasty, chocolately, dark malty, notes of dark chocolate, lemon, tangerine, some coffee, a touch of green onion; lingering, bitter and tart-ish, citrusy hoppy finish. Watery texture, smooth and soft palate, very fine, slightly prickly carbonation. Superbly balanced, very refreshing, highly drinkable - excellent!
