Das mit fünf verschiedenen Malzen gebraute, naturtrübe Bier wirkt interessant im Geschmack. Die Farbe hat ihren Ursprung bei den kräftig gerösteten Malzen. Die Hopfensorten unterstützen im Zusammenhang mit der obergärigen Hefe ein sehr spezielles Aroma. Eine leicht fruchtige Note ist charakteristisch für das faex cuprum. Haltbarkeit 6 Monate bei kühler Lagerung.

Appearance: Golden orange, quite hazy. Small, white head. Aroma: Medium malt, some dark ripe fruits. Slight caramel. Taste: Good malt, refreshing, though. Some bread and caramel sweetness. Cloudy amber color; small head; low carbonation. Mild aroma: malt, caramel, yeast, cabbage. Correct body, with a light malt flavor, very light residual sweetness, and traces of yeast; almost no wheat flavor. Correct to low bitterness. Drinkable, but unrefined and a bit homebrew-style.

Bottled, thanks Bov! Hazy deep golden, no head. Appley nose. Sweetish with rounded mouthfeel, low carbonation. Some dust and caramel. Low bitterness. Does not work.
