Bottled. Cloudy pale golden. Evident heather aroma. Tart and vinous with medium body and well rounded mouthfeel. White wine with notes of wood. no bitterness. Interesting and with rustich character.

33 cL bottle at Le Sous-Bock. Pours hazy to clouyd orange with a small to no head. Aroma is wineous and solid malty. Sweet malty, roasted, light spiced and yet again a bit oxidised. Ends dry malty and light bitter.

Cervoise à la bruyère, refermentée au miel. Boisson paienne brassée sans houblon
At Le Sous Bock, Paris
Hazy blond color, minimal head. There is some smell of dirty water. Quite salty flavor, without malt, tasting like broth (stock) and with a light herbal bitterness, that recalls some very light liquorice aftertaste. Obviously the final is very short. It may be traditional, but it’s bad.
