From the coop city of Bern, opening and enjoying it yesterday with my wife. A classical and generous amber beer, rather dry and on the Belgian way, yeasty, high fermentation, hop, lovely touch of autumal spicies, 08.10.21, at Epalinges.

hazy orange to amber colour, huge, dense and long lasting yellowish ecru head; aroma of (dried) fruity, floral honey, toasted bready and some nutty notes; taste of roasted nuts, toasted rye bread crust, fruity (apple or rather pear) and sugar syrupy notes; not that bad

Gold-braun wie ein Waldhonig, würzige Röstaromen, sehr gehaltvolle, malzige Süsse

Bottled, thanks Bov! Hazy amber, rich head. Fruity medicinalnose. Sweet with light-mediu mbody and rounded mouthfeel. Minerally and soapy, heavily medicinal. Some herbal bitterness.
