Second round for this beer, a classical German hefe-weizen, smooth and fruity, appreciated side of banana, wheat, discreet side of hop, a good partner for the next summer, cheap and a certain quality, 12.01.21, at Epalinges, purchased at the landi, Eyholz, Visp.

hazy orange-ish yellow colour, medium sized dense white head; aroma of wheat, bread crust, banana and some citric acidy-lemony notes; taste is bready-malty with banana and some sourness; correct weizen

Canned, thanks Bov! Cloudy pale golden, no head. Papery nose. Sweetish wit medium body and sloppy, stikcy mouthfeel, More pear leminad than banana. Low bitterness. To poorly made to be refreshing.
