Appearance: Clear deep nutty brown color with a tan bubbly layer that leaves some lacing.
Aroma: Slightly sweet caramel malty and some roasted malt.
Palate: Medium body. Slightly sweet and a mild bitterness. Average carbonation.
Taste: Caramel malty and some roasted malt in the background.
Overall impression: Tried this with rakfisk and together with Atna Øl Til Rakfisk. Both are god with this food, but I enjoyed Atnas version most.
Personal stats: Bottle from Meny Oslo City in Oslo, Norway.

Bottled, thanks KnutAlbert! Clear nut brown, mid sized head. Salty ashy nose. Dry with clean mouthfeel and light-medium body. Slender and distinct with salty finish. Slightly strange saltiness, but good drinkability.

Medium brown head. Hazy deep dark brown body with carbonation. Roasty earthy dusty aroma with raisiny strawberry caramel notes. Dry-sweet roasty raisiny earthy taste with dusty notes. Mid-bodied. Mild, soft, mealy mouthfeel. Dryish roasty chocolatey dusty aftertaste with earthy caramelly notes. Really good, full of flavour, and highly drinkable. Easily the best Inderøy beer I’ve had. (0.5l bottle, Meny Oslo City.)

500ml bottle, beer gift after a lecture on early modern witchcraft. Deep, dark brown body colour added by a ruby shade. Bubbly, fawn-coloured head, dotted spots down the glass. Dark, mid-sweet malts to the nose. Plain dark caramel malts to the fore followed by hints of chocolate and a nice roasted bitterness to the ending. Soft on the swallow. Good drinking (hotel room, Levanger 20.11.2012).

50cl bottle from Meny, Oslo City. Pours clear dark amber with a beige head. Malty aroma with hints of dark fruits, caramel, spices and some roasty notes. Lightly sweet and malty with a dark rye breadish flavour and a lightly bitter and dry finish. Medium body and average carbonation. Quite flavourful and easy to drink.
