Draught at La Fine Mousse, Paris. Completely black with minimal head. Aroma of licorice coffee and metal. Dryish, despite some treacle. Plenty of coffee, notes of rust. Medium-full bodied with sharp metallic edges. Hard and aggressive.

Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 7.5
From tap at La Fine Mousse. Pours pitch black with a small brown head. Aroma is chocolate and light nutty. Caramelish and chocolate, dark roasted, light alcohol presence, light to medium bitterness. Dry and roasted into a bitter finish.
