Bottled. Black colour with a mediumsized foamy beige head. Aroma is liquoice, coffee, some grapefruit and herbal hops to it. Flavour is coffee, tar, smoked tones with some fruits, mild bitterness as ell as some earthy tones. More a strongly hopped stronger stout than a Black IPA.

Bottled, thanks Bov! Black, firm beige head. Licorice, coffee and light notes of grapefruit. Mid sweet with full body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Lots of coffee, some tar. Long bitter finish. Solid black beer, more imperial stout than IPA.

Black color with huge beige head, compact. Creamy roasted malt aroma, hint of coffee, cardboard, light bread. Good body, bold and smooth; strong flavor of roasted malt, some ashes, black coffee, and plenty of hop resins that blend in; strong bitterness; it has some residual sweetness, but hidden by the roastiness; some liquorice in the final.
Good, well brewed, just a bit too roasty for me.
