Clear amber color, small steady white head. Fruity hoppy aroma. Medium-bodied. Fruity, a bit tropical, flavor, some bitterness in the aftertaste. Simple single hop.

Cloudy amber color with generous head. The aroma is primarly spicy, sign of a strong yeast character, then the hops. Good malt and caramel flavor; the mouthfeel is rather dry, yet quite smooth; strong bitterness, with a very nice orangey character; the yeast spiciness is also evident.
Almost a good hopped Saison. A very good beer, but now S&A should start controlling the fermentation better (cleaner beers, both for the appearance and the the flavor profile).

Bottled@omhper. Amber colour, small beigeish white head. Aroma is fruity, floral and also has some mild wooden notes. Flavour is fruity, wooden, toffeeish along with some grassy and resiny notes.

Bottled, thanks Bov! Hazy amber, mid sized head. Fruit nose with some caramel and only slight grapefruit. Medium bodied with rounded mouthfeel, Caramelly malt actually dominates the hops. Quite bitter finish.
