Bottled 330ml. -from Pam Nendaz as Saxonne with 5.2% ABV. Unclear pale yellow coloured, medium sized white head, light apricot in the nose. Apricot, light sugary and yeasty with touch of pear in the finish. Some light acidity as well.

Appearance: Hazy pale yellow, lots of fizzy white head.
Aroma: Fruit, tartness, yeast.
Taste: Fruit, apricot, slight tartness and yeast.

Hazy yellow color, small white head. Tart nose. Fizzy active carbonation. Sour, some fruityness. Intensionally tart?

Bottled, thanks Bov! Cloudy golden, rich head. Apricot aroma. Medium bodied with spritzy mouthfeel. Refreshing with notes of white wine and lambic. Low bitterness. Interesting!

Bottled@omhper. Hazy yellow colour, small white head. Aroma is fruity, spicy, earthy and finishes quite citrusy. Flavour is fruity, citrusy, spicy and a bit tart wooden notes as well.
